About this Kettlebell Class series

 

Develop power and kettlebell training skill, along with a great workout for these 4 - 1 hour jam packed class series. 

This will give you a level of confidence to begin your journey in to kettlebell training or refresh kettlebell skills that may not look or feel the way they should anymore. 

Get real time feedback. Step by step instruction in a fun group class series, each class will build on the next. 

By the end of this 4 Class series, you will have the confidence and skill to pick up a Kettlebell and perform the basic favorite and effective power, strength and metabolic boosting/ hormone balancing drills. 

This will be coached by Lauren Brooks and Kari Miller. 

Some of this group will be ready to jump in to the regular scheduled classes after this series and some will be ready to continue their kettlebell training at home on their own safely.
