Have you ever thought that you have to "get in shape" before you start a new fitness routine? I've been told this by several people over the years. "Lauren, I want to start training with you, but first I need to lose weight and get in better shape." Now what's wrong with this picture?
I want you to come in as YOU ARE! If you feel that you're in the worst shape of your entire life, I welcome you even more. It takes guts and courage to show up when you're feeling low of all lows. But that is my jam! I LOVE working with people who are VERY out of shape. I LOVE working with people who were sedentary or who've never worked out a day in their life and ready to make a change. This is where I thrive.
I also LOVE working with people who feel that they NEED SOMETHING else in their fitness routine. Maybe the current fitness program is just not working or you're experiencing aches and pains and the returns are no longer happening. This is where I come in.
In this intimate group environment I will take a group of complete beginners to kettlebell training or fitness in general from moving to moving well (better) and with much more confidence. We will get you started so you have a clear path on what training to do on your own after the workshop. As a bonus, I will also give you complete access to one of my most popular beginning kettlebell videos you can do at home on your own.
Why learn how to use Kettlebells with a professional coach? First off Kettlebell training can be for EVERYONE! Moving your body is for everyone. Motion IS Lotion.
You will learn how to increase muscle strength in your entire body with basic movements that will last you a life time.
In this Introduction to Kettlebell Fitness Workshop I will show you how
1. Kettlebell based training builds a rock solid core.
2. You can achieve the same cardiovascular effects from running with little to no impact.
3. Kettlebell based training can reduce back pain and has help rehab knees, shoulders, hips, and more when done correctly.
4. To Achieve a full body strength and conditioning workout in half the amount of time of a conventional workout session.
5. To Increase Metabolism and lose fat while having a BLAST!
You will also get a chance to share and bond with other women who are in the same boat as you. Whether it's to change how your body looks/feels or if it's to lead by example for your kids, or to simply regain energy and strength, you will be amazed at how good you feel when learning this style of kettlebell fitness.
