21 Day Kettlebell Training Movement Challenge

Show up every day for 21 days to get stronger, mobile, and more conditioned in 10 minutes a day

About this challenge

  • It's CRAZY amazing what can happen when you commit to just 10 minutes of NO FLUFF kettlebell training with a sprinkle of mobility each day. This challenge is designed for those who need fast straight to the point kettlebell strength workouts, that will literally transform you in your strength and fitness. Or for those who are struggling with commitment and accountability.  The exercises are simple and easy to follow.

For 21 Days straight you will receive a follow along kettlebell workout video right here in this portal. To enhance your participation make sure to post your progress and completion in the Lauren Brooks Fitness Challenge Facebook group where you will be supported by so many doing the same thing as you! As always makes sure to warm up prior to lifting. A warm up video will be provided. If you don't have time to warm up, then use the challenge as a warm up by going extra light for the first several minutes.
